About

Scott is originally from Globe, AZ, and grew up in the East Valley. He and his wife met in high school and have two sons. Scott is the son of Carl Cunningham, Co-Founder of CB Document Preparation, and came into the company in 2018. His mother, Katy Cunningham, retired as a Branch Manager with Fidelity National Title. He earned a Paralegal Degree from Phoenix College and is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). He is an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer, certified by the Supreme Court of Arizona.

At 17, he started as a Teller with Bank of America, then transitioned through the years into the Escrow/Title industry with Fidelity National Title, where he was an Assistant Escrow Officer for Residential and Commercial Escrow Offices, and an interim marketing rep. He also has 10+ years in the insurance industry as a claims specialist and fraud investigator. Just to keep it interesting, he likes to dabble in real estate investing too!

Scott brings over 20 years’ experience in the legal field: from Legal Document Preparation to Banking, Escrow, Insurance, and Investigations, making him uniquely poised to have a myriad of discussions with you so you can make the decisions that best fit your goals!
