Scott grew up in Globe, Arizona and the East Valley, where he met his high‑school sweetheart—now his wife. Together, they have two sons. As the son of Carl Cunningham, co‑founder of what was formerly named CB Document Preparation, Scott joined the family business in 2018, continuing a long legacy of service in the legal document field. His mother, Katy Cunningham, also built her career in the industry, retiring as a Branch Manager with Fidelity National Title.

Scott earned his Paralegal Degree from Phoenix College and is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). He is also an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer, certified by the Supreme Court of Arizona and the Supreme Court of Nevada.

He began his professional journey at just 17 as a Teller with Bank of America before moving into the escrow and title industry with Fidelity National Title, where he served as an Assistant Escrow Officer in both residential and commercial offices, and provided interim marketing support. Scott also brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry as a claims specialist and fraud investigator. Outside of work, he enjoys real estate investing.
