  • Do I need an operating agreement for my LLC?

    Yes, the AZ law was updated in 2019 mandating every AZ LLC have an Operating Agreement. The AZ Corporation Commission's online system DOES NOT create an Operating Agreement. You must create the Operating Agreement or your legal professional will create it during the process.
